Beyonce and Jay Z Spend $1.5 Million on Designer Toys for Blue Ivy

Blue Ivy's toy collection already worth $1.5m

Beyonce Knowles and Jay-Z have bought a $600,000 rocking horse for their new baby daughter.

The couple - who became parents for the first time on Saturday - have splashed out over $1.5 million on toys and equipment for little Blue Ivy, including a $15,000 high chair and a $30,000 playhouse.

A source said: "They're really pulling out all the stops - the two of them have been spending like there's no tomorrow! Together they've bought a Swarovski-studded high chair by Carla Monchen for $15,000, and a Fantasy 'posh tots' coach carriage crib for $22,000.

"Jay-Z bought Beyonce a solid gold handmade Ginza Tanaka rocking horse for $600,000. They've even splashed out on a $30,000 magical windmill playhouse for the garden and a mini Bugatti car, too."

The couple - who have also spent around $350,000 ensuring the nurseries in their three homes are identical - have also spent thousands of dollars on Blue's wardrobe.

The source added to Britain's Star magazine: "They've bought a wardrobe packed with thousands of pounds' worth of one-off designer baby clothes.

She's going to be the most fashionable baby around and will be giving Harper Beckham a run for her money in the style stakes. Plus they've got baby charm bracelets, gold and platinum diamond rattles and dummies from Tiffany & Co, too."

Beyonce and Jay-Z's famous friends have also been splashing out on the baby.
Kelly Rowland is said to have spent around $5000 on a baby bath studded with 44,928 Swarovski crystals.

The source said: "This little tot will want for nothing."

The funny thing is this little baby has no idea how much her toys worth and will still bite and throw them anyway. More grease to your palms Bee and Jay!
